Bright Horizon Ventures Consultancy started as an idea born out of a simple question: What if we could make strategy and sustainability accessible to every ambitious business - no matter their size or stage?

After over a decade of working with startups, nonprofits, and global initiatives, I realized that many organizations were struggling to navigate change, access funding, or build future-proof strategies. They had great ideas — but needed clarity, structure, and support.

That's how Bright Horizon was born.

My name is Sebastian Ostergaard, and I co-founded this consultancy to bridge the gap between vision and execution. I’m passionate about helping people unlock their potential whether that means refining a pitch deck, designing an ESG roadmap, or preparing a social enterprise for growth.
